
this is one of my favorite Japanese sweets
i bought this in 銀座三越today...
it's made of real 蕨粉
nowadays most of the わらび餅has片栗粉or other ingredients
so the texture is completely different from those i've eaten
see how soft it is.....ぷるぷる.....I also like 抹茶わらび餅from 京はやしや
but the texture is more jello-like
